my visit to the nkt, and the discussion about their constitution had me thinking about our own structures.

my own specialist area of responsibility is the preceptors college, and its working practices.

these are quite influential,  on the training and selection of people for ordination, and on the selection of public and private preceptors. but they are not well know in the movement.
